There is no way BSOD would ask for $10 just to unban a user. Also, he uses proper grammar. Over all that, he takes his position very seriously. Most likely overall faked chat or one of the impersonator of BSOD. That is all.

Other than creating a ticket, there is no other way. I highly recommend you to create an appeal ticket and ask for evidence.

Not really new. Have been around for a while.

New for people who haven't seen this or gotten this kind of offer before but in reality its actually a bit somewhat old method. Rarely used by scammers but suddenly getting a rise on appearance in trade offer lately.
