We haven't decoded the signal yet but we think it may be related to the project we were working on.
The signal is definitely NOT from earth or any satellite in earths orbit, in fact its not from our solar system in any way, it seems to have come from quite a distance away in fact, about [DELETED] solar systems away in the [DELETED] system.

The thing the signal wanted us to build is done, it appears to be some kind of [DELETED] it will remain in a deactivated state for now until we can find out what it was designed for.
Strangely it lacks anything we can class as dangerous but it does possess a strange set of devices we don't fully understand the purpose of.
For everyone's safety it will remain deactivated until we understand what it does.

I've managed to survive this long but in running out of supplies, if i don't move base soon, i will diem only 3 or maybe 4 days of food left and only 2 days' worth of water, not only that but the defences are down, it's time to leave, my best chance is to take a car to the other side of the city and pray those things don't spot me, I also managed to kill a few of those things, there surprisingly tough for what there made of, I've also managed to get a whole intact brain from one, it's pretty complex and resembles the device me and [DELETED] worked on, it appears to be entirely mechanical in nature.

I'm in the process of moving from my old base, i managed to hotwire a car and escape with my resources and i still have that brain with me, i think i may be able to reverse engineer it and maybe even build some kind of weapon to help fight against these things.
i think it's probably going to take another day to reach the other side of the city, it's hard to tell the time when teh sun, moon and everything else are gone, not even a single light in teh sky, the only lights i've seen are either streer lights or those things around, i also managed to find a cops MPH speed gun and those things can go 30 MPH no problem.

I managed to get more water and food, i've got around 7-8 days' worth of resources but the car ran out of fuel, the city is pretty big i'm only around 1/5th the way there, i did get more fuel and i think i may have enough, i wish i was able to get more but those things found me, i was lucky to escape them, thank god thay can't hunt by smell, if they were able to i would be dead already, they hunt by sight and sound, the lights they emit from there "eyes" appear to assist them with finding targets, not going to lie, those things got me pretty bad, my arm is still bleeding a bit but the bandages will hold just enough for it to heal. I also got a signal on my hand held radio from [DELETED], thank god she's alright, but i fear those things may have herd the radio signals, if there heading there i think its best i warn her, god knows what those things are planning.

I'm about 2/5th of the way to [DELETED]'s base, wounds are healing but ine light touch and it starts to bleed again, sorry if i get blood on these, it's a bit hard when your left arm has a 7 inch long and half inch deep gash in it, but it is indeed healing, i also managed to craft some kind of self-defence weapon to help defend myself, its basically a ramped up Taser, it will definetly kill a human but it only stuns those things for so lond, around 30-42 seconds at best, i also had to hotwire a new car, my previous ones engine failed, turns out it overheated and some parts got fused together making it inoperable, also i told [DELETED] and it tuns out those things were indeed listening in on us, radios out of the question now, useless how that these things can hear everything we say, those things also attacked her base, she's well defended but if i don't get there quicly all hope will be lost, she's the only one who can help us now.

I'm about 3/5 of the way there now, got slowed down a bit when those things started to attack my car, they just appeared out of nowhere, i swear it was like i was being attacked by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shadows, i was swarmed by around 12-18 of them, i escaped by they tore the bumpers off the car, broke he rear lights and dented it up pretty bad, hands bleeding again because of their attack, i think there attack may have even been a pre-planned ambush, it was way to coincidental that i would be going under a bridge and get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ swarmed by those things, after escaping i managed to find a place to get medical supplies, i managed to stop the bleeding and the wound has almost healed completely but it still bleeds sometimes, i'm running low on supplies, i'm going to stop and get some, i hope those things didn't follow me.

I was just around 4/5 of the way there when my car was attacked by something, it was huge and had 3 large legs, its etes glowed just like those other things, i barely escaped it, it crushed the back of my car but luckily it seemed more focused on the vehicle than me, i managed to escape but sadly i lost most of my resources, but there was a store nearby so it's not a total loss, i also managed to save my stun gun device luckily, i then hotwired another car, this time i hotwired a Chevy truck to carry more resources and hopefully be better protected in case i get attacked again, when i reach [DELETED]'s base i plan to armour it up to help keep those things away, i managed to get around 3-4 days' worth of resources to help us survive, but before i get to ger base i'm going to grab as much as i can from the next store or whatever i come across, also i need to put a name to these "things" before too many types of them just "appear" out of nowhere.

I was heading to [DELETED]'s base, i was around 4.3/5 way there and i noticed something strange while i was driving there, i was driving down the highway and i heard the song "Bohemian Rhapsody" from 1975 in the distance to the left of me so i parked up and walked towards the sound and i came to the edge of a steep hill, so i looked down the hill and i saw 4 of those giant 3 legged things all gathered around an old radio playing the song, the 4 things, i think they were trying to figure out how to operate the buttons due to their huge limbs making it difficult, one then got angry and smashed it and the other 3 joined in, i then walked back to the car and continued driving, i think i'm going to name those things as well, i think "Blank Crushers" will do just fine, i also managed to get a massive amount of water and food, about 5-6 years' worth, i'm close to her base, i think i may get there in about 1-2 days if i'm fast enough.

I finally arrived at her base, it took a while but i finally made it, she and her fiends helped me bring the stuff inside and she informed me of the fact that we wont be able to stay here for too longh, a year or 2 at best and that the blanks were evolving and she noticed that there is something that may have caused the disappearance of the sin, moon and stars, the ground had cracks in some areas and was seeping out blacc and sticly corrosive fluid that burned any organic tissue it came into contact with but the blanks seemed to be unaffected by ut, we aslo noticed something odd, around 1.2 miles away, we found a dead blank crusher with its stomach torn open and the words "O, existence, let me be known." were written in its blood on the wall next do the disembowelled(what) corpse of the blank crushe, we theorize that some kind of entitiy may have either attacked it or came out of itm whatever happened we must be careful for whatever it is must be quire strong to be able to do such damage to a blank crusher and be able to wrigth in coherent sentences.

I was scavenging for stuff to armour up the thruck and i think i figured out what killed that blank few days ago, i was scavenging for supplies when i heard a sound around a corner so i peeked around slowly and saw a blank convuling on the floor and after about 7-9 seconds i saw its body split open and some kind of creature or entitiy emerged, it unfolded its body as it emerged, it had 4 legs and 2 small arms, it was about the size of a 10 yr. old child, when ot fully emerged from the corpse of the blank, i never got a proper look at it but its eyes were also glowing but not as bright as blanks eyes do, its eyes were small and barely noticeable, i also found an interesting store, the logo was destoryed buti noticed it sold shirts and plushies, the plushies were some kind of box shaped characters with glovesm shoes and cartooney eyesm the names were missing so i just took itm honesty its kind of cutem i think im gooing to keep it for myself and mayyve get one for everyone else if there interested.

I was asked by basically everyone to get more of those plushies, man everyone just loves those things also we havent seen that strange creature or entitiy from before yet but we didi gear some strange scuttling like sounds evert now and then at night for about 6 days noow, we also discovered something concerning about the strange black corrosive fluid, it appears to ve sentien in some way, we didi some tests and it seems to be made of severa; unidentified substances, elements and entiites, firstly we discovered a strange new element that appears to give it its adgesive protepries, secondly we found a strange new compoutnd that appears to be made of several unknown elements and several known onec which include: titanium, phosporus, hydrogine cyanide, chlorine, hydreogen, oxygen and traces of sodium. Thridly we found what we velieve to ve some kind of micro-organism, how they work is unknown but they appear to be part of the fluid itself, the fluid also seems to prefere living organic tissue as appose to dead organic tissue, it is also capable of slowly going up inclines of around 30-40 degrees, it also displays signs of vasic intelligence and planning, we put 20ml of it in a clear plastic box with a sleeping rat on an elevated platform. the fluid circled the rat and restrained it then slowly consumed it and for about 2 minutes it took the vague from of the rat it had consumed and proceeded to consume all the rats food and grow in volume and mass by 12%, seems this stuff may need further testing to see what is is capavle of.

setup: 1 live rat and fluid in air-tight enclosures separate from each other, enclosures only connected togetger by a small air tube, sample heated till it boiled to see results.
results:
fluid was heated to 70C and became a dark gas cloud and then travelled through the air tube and then the gas cloud proveeded to consume the rat by asphyxiating it from the inside and then eating it till only its skeleton remained, then the gas cloud was cooled and reverted to a fluid, fluid then consumed remaining bones.
notes: it seems to be aware of its own quantun state, best keep fire away from it.

Accidantally got some of that black fluid ♥♥♥♥ on my hand during testing yesterday and it burn like nothing i have expirienced, it's ridiculous how fast it eats flesh but luckily i managed to wash if off before it did too much damage, hand has a scar but i think it will be fine, other than that something is deeply wrong around here, there;s a constant uncanny silence all the time, i havent seen any blanks in this area for 3 weeks, their usually swarming us but for some reason i havent seen one on a 20 mile radius for 3 weeks, they also wont go anywhere near the 20 mile wide zone, they chase but once they git the 20 zone they stop instantle and will tru to retreat if forced to enter the zone, we rammed one with our armoured car and it climbed off and ran out past the zone and stopped once it passed the border of the zone.
The odd behabiour from all the blanks and the eerie silence is strange, i have a constant feeling of dread and im taking anti-depressants but they dont do anything.

Something is definelty wrong here, i found hundreds of blanks and blank crushers, all dead and torn apart while i was exploring the nreaby town, and more of the same words written everywhere, i dont think the covetous did this, they way too small and weak to kill this many of them and doing this would be illogical if there all on on the same side, i am unsure whats happening but everuone has the same feeling of dread and noticed the eerie silence, something is definetely wrong here, we also noticed something, out radios keep repearing the same words as written on the wall in a boice that sounds like they have a severe lung infection or asthma or something likre that,
were goind to upgrade the fort as much as we can, i can feel that something is defiantly wrong.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the sky opened ip today, a large X shaped tear opened it was yellow inside and it looked like a huge cluster fukc of colours, i swera to god, i saw the parts of the sky itself melt and drip down as it tore open, thats not all, i saw a large black sgape fall from the rip in the sky, i think the rip was about 2,5 miles wide and this thing that fell out was about the size of an apartment block and landed in the wood about 14 miles away, i can also see a paiur of white lights in the forest, might be just another blank partol group running through the area, strangely they do that sometimes, they just run across the 20 mile zone as fast as they can, ones who trip or fall are left behing, but why are they crossing the zone? i thought they avoided this area? something is definetely not right.

Jesus ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Christ, the large black thing that fell from the x shaped hole in the sky turned out to be 2 large blacnk enteties, both are giant and wat bigger than i expected, one is a giant 4 legged creature with a club on its tail we called a "blank beast" and the other is a giant 6 legged creature that has 5 eyes and cann shoot lasers that light stuff on fire, we call it a blank hexapod, its clear we cant stay here, we need to leave now, if thet rip keeps ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out creatures like this we wont surbibe longs at all, were gound to go to the city limits on the other end in hopes that the blanks problem isnt as large ober there, we also noticed other rips in realoty with other freakish blank monsters falling out of them, some of them can flu and even swim, in fact i think its best we just head south till we reach Texfs, its going to take a few days and probably a few vehicles buti think we can do this and buy enough time to get the mobile harpoon gun turrets working, acoording to my calculatuions these aroiins will puncture enture hordes and maybe those big creatures as well.

letter 34: August 2nd 1998
were still on the way to Texas, were about 1/8th of the way there, we found a large supply of scrap metal in a scrapyard and we got some of the parts to fix the rotary base of the turret and the aiming system. But the turrets firing mechanism, barre and ammo supply inlets still need to be repaired, also during a hunt, Harold Sherman lost gis little finger and third finger on his left hand when an unidentified blank attacked us. He says it crawled on 4 legs and he says the legs looked like skeletal human limbs and that its head was part of its body, were going to name that one a "blank crawler", we also found a radio o communicate with, its risky but i guess we can use it for emergencies or finding other survivors.
We should be in Texas by the 16th but it may take longer.

Addendum 3: No new letters appeared for exactly 2 months. Classifying as Neutralized is under consideration.

Incident 8135-1: On the 05/18/201█ on 20:44 local time, box suddenly exploded and spat out 10 letters. No damage has been ocurred to containment chamber.

Were close to Texas about 7/8, teh sentry gun works now, sorry for not making an entry for so long, all i can say is that sadly we lost Damien recently, we were scavenging and got separated, we did find him but all we found was whatever was left of him, sadly we also got held back by several large blank attacks, they seem to have preset up the attacks and waited for us.
