"Out of video memory..." Error Solution
Though the error says it's a problem with video memory, the solution for me was to free up space on my primary drive (where the pagefile resides).

I couldn't get a minute into the library level of mission 1 without the system crashing with the "Out of video memory..." error. My primary drive (c:) only had 8 GB of space available. I was also letting Windows manage my pagefile size (the default setting).

Since I freed up another 20 GB of space on my primary drive, I haven't had a single crash in a few hours play time. I have dynamic resolution and auto texture streaming set in the game's options.
