Monster Hunter World. The first 9 hours were brutal and I hated it, then all of a sudden it became one of my favourite games. Same thing for my gf when I pressured her into playing it and getting through the atrocious intro hours.

If I didn't see so many reviews with over 1000 hours there is no way I would have kept with it... that intro is so so so so so so so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad.
