Charming, but short. I liked the puzzles. Takeshi Furukawa composed the soundtrack for this game. 8/10

One of the most memorable gaming experiences I've ever had.
I can't believe Rockstar gave this up for GTA5.

I had a lot of fun playing this game. The mechanics, weapon selection, locations, and overall atmosphere of the game are great. Once you learn everything, the game becomes a dance where you get into a rhythm, killing one demon after another, much like in the beloved DOOM 2016. I definitely enjoyed it more than DOOM: Eternal because of the reduced amount of “platformer” mechanics.

The only thing I can complain about is the soundtrack, but don't get me wrong. It's not bad. It just seems inferior compared to Mick Gordon's work. I felt like I was listening to the same song throughout the entire game. None of them stuck in my head. Something is missing here, but I can't quite put my finger on it.


Overall rating: 8/10, and bring back Mick Gordon.

TQ2 looks very promising! I loved the first one and still have the original TQ and Immortal Throne as physical copies. I hope this one will keep the spirit of the OG. So far, I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen. Keep it up!
