SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! i went to the washroom and came back my whole PC crashed. its only happened once so far but another review mentions it crashes. its easy to spend hours playing this game and not saving.

i had never played yakuza before though always heard good things. this game is amazingly good, i cant wait to finish it and play all the others, it has a great story, the side quests are fun. 3 hours in and its mostly just story setting up the game. what to do is clear though sometimes it will leave you to wander around and figure out what to do, which is something i miss about RPG games.

its like GTA but more like an RPG, less open world, combat is contained to events, you cant slaughter innocent passersby.

one the the best MMORPGs. similar to WoW but with a Star Wars flair and the detailed storytelling of Bioware RPG games. instead of clicking on text quests you never read each character class has a main storyline and the quests givers are scripted and voice acted, and the player can make conversation choices that can loosely change the story. very polished and well supported. the free to play and paid system are decently balanced, you can experience the whole game for free but youll need to pay to unlock the gear you need to succeed at top levels of end game. id suggest just buying some cartel coins, you get adaquate bonuses just for giving them some cash, you dont really need to subscribe unless youre really into the game.

the graphics hold up well over time however the game isnt as polished as later games in series. at higher levels when youre taking on more and tougher guys it can make things very difficult, eg. when youre trying to run and lose the guards chasing you and you try to jump in the roof top hut but the character jumps on the edge of the hut instead and you cant get hidden before youre seen again. make some parts of the game take forever.

the voice acting also isnt up the the rest of the series, but overall absolutely worth a couple bucks on steam sale, enjoying going through the original again, even though i didnt really like it the first time.

game is pretty shallow with no real objective other than stay alive, which pretty much every other game has but also adds a purpose or story such as capture or destroy a base. i found myself belly crawling through open fields and just hiding behind rocks just staying in the circle, but for what point? it made me miss Battlefield where its the same type of open world scene but i have the goal of capturing something to work toward. not just sitting in a bush for 30 minutes.

i found the training very lacking as well and died many times just trying to figure out the inventory system, which is not intuitive.

there is a great selection of guns and items to kill each other with and alter the appearance of your character. the game ultimately reminds me of GTA online if there were essentially nothing to do in the game but pick up weapons and the play area constantly shrinks.

great take on team FPS. huge variety of mechs, and weapons options so you can make your mech ultra fast and agile with awesome jump jets or a huge walking arsenal or anything in between. you can easily play this game and compete without spending any money. you can buy mechs and upgrades in game with credits earned in game.

lots of customization and characters. i dont like the new moves that you cant disrupt with an attack. it seems a lot of battles come down to spamming that move, if you try anything else your opponent is going to hit you out of it, so you just use the move that cant be disrupted. also you ahve to buy classic characters separately like Lei. overall pretty good, i think i like tekken tag 2 more though because it doesnt have those moves, and if it does its balanced far better.

this has some weird bug that just says "no subscription found" when you try to log in with your account, so you cant play it. i looked on the forums and it seems its been happening for a long time and no one has fixed it. so good luck trying to play.

ive had so many days and weekends disappear to the total war series. this one is the same, play with the curtains open so you can kind of keep track of what day it is.
