Report a translation problem
1) Upgrade to AudioTheory Guitars version 2.3.4 (latest version, just released today)
2) Opening up the application settings using the cog in the top right
3) Quitting AudioTheory Guitars by clicking the 'quit application' button in the bottom right of the settings popup whilst also holding down the left-shift key on the keyboard
4) Rebooting the application
Can you me know if you are then able to successfully adjust the driver dropdown settings, and also if you're getting sound out of the application again? If the issue persists it's worth trying the above process both with and without the ASIO driver installed.
