Its a fun crafting survival game, food and water management can be a pain, but overall its worth it.

Awesome gameplay and atmosphere. Lighting and sound is wonderful and the story is engaging, more of an action game rather than a horror game, but it is still good. Play it on normal for the better experience, hard is challenging, normal is fun, casual is too easy and just for people who want a story rather than the full experience of fighting for what you need and want.

Far better than Fallout 76.

Broken buggy mess that is flawed on a fundamental level.
NPC's are not at all immersive in the outside world. Saw multiple groups of the same NPC's pop in and out of existence within a small alley I was walking down. People don't act like people, see many of them just walk around aimlessly and randomly pull out takeout containers and huddle over to eat in the middle of a crowded sidewalk. Killing citizens on purpose or accident doesn't feel like there are any consequences to your actions.
Mowed down a group of bad guys from a gang then a group of people from the same gang come walking past while i'm standing over their buddies gun in hand and walk on by without a word.
Countless bugs and glitches at this point.
It could be a good game, but it isn't what was promised or hyped up. This isn't a next gen revolutionary game. Hell character customization is well below the standard, you get presets to choose from, usually around 5 choices on eyes, nose, skin, and jaw, no sliders or sculpting, the whole thing with choosing your genitals is meh, yeah you can make a shemale or a dude with a vagina but it hardly matters as the sex scenes are game sex scenes, where it starts but you only get flashes of tits, or whatever and it ends, and if you want to indulge your inner perv and run around ♥♥♥♥ flopping in the wind, you can't, due to automatic underwear cover, so the only place you see your junk is when you strip your character in the Inventory screen.
The plot is pretty predictable, saw a lot of things coming from the start, some of which was given away in the promo stuff long ago, which changed for the worse since it was shown in my opinion.
I have a feeling this game wont be getting any better as the problems would require an entire rework, at this point the best they can hope to do is fix bugs and scaling.
The scaling is busted too at the moment, events for me after the main missions first chapter are either way too easy and the rewards are vendor trash, or way too difficult.
Tried helping police in a "random" event and shot a guy point blank back of the head with a shotgun from stealth, even with all my multipliers the guy barely took a sliver of damage, immedietly turned and 2 tapped me. There is no scaling or boundries so sometimes supper high level enemies and events are happening in the low level area you are in, like a level 5 event on one street then one block over there is a level 50 event.

It's not what people were expecting and I can respect the hurt feelings about it... but this isn't a bad game. It is fun in its own right and has great stylistic cartoon graphics. I haven't gotten very far in it, but it has been enjoyable.

Too many thieves... yeah yeah I know that's like the whole thing, but my god is it possible to actually do anything? Without friends in the same room as you its impossible to get a team that communicates well/doesn't ♥♥♥♥ you over. Playing solo it is impossible to complete a single quest. 5/5 quests attempted, 5/5 quests ambushed by groups of other players and loosing my meager earnings from starter quests. If you are solo and want to have a bad time this game is for you. Would be nice if there was a passive system where people could do quests and have fun without dealing with people who have nothing left but griefing new players.

Its getting to be a bit better, but still needs a lot of work on the bugs and graphical issues as well as some balancing and better store options.

Its an alright game, not for full price, more like a 0.99 mobile game. Its short, I barely have an hour and some change into it and i beat it taking my time. The one gun you start with never changes, you can upgrade fire rate 3 times over the 3 chapters. Theres some variety in ammo, but all you really need is the armor piercing for a couple fights and thats about it. Good game, not worth 7-8$ tho. If they had more guns and add-ons, like the ability to buy the drones and upgrade them would be interesting.

Its a fun time waster with some interesting options.

There is no middle ground and id rather point people to waiting for a sale than to buy it full price. This isn't the DOOM sequel i was looking forward to. This is a slightly more serious Duke Nukem game than what it should have been after what DOOM 2016 gave us. Its super bright and the enemies are excessively comical, some make funny noises or faces when you kill them. It has become a platformer with elements like assassins creed, instead of being smart with your choices you have safe areas to fall back to, and there are abilities from the start that put this game in training wheels. You wont need to conserve ammo, make tough choices, or scavenge for health or armor. This game is no where near as engaging as the last one.
