Attempted to play this during the free week. Forced a tutorial mode on first launch which was fine.. Got high hopes for the game since the xbox one D-pad actually works unlike mortal kombat 9. Then when it attempted to go to the main menu all hope went in the dumpster. It reloads constantly when trying to update the ads. and restarts the game in a continuing loop. Wasted my time downlaoding the game. However if you turn off internet you can play single matches in offline or whatever sp mode you want but it wont save progress. They need to fix the way their game forces the ad updates otherwise....

Game has come a long way over the past couple years. Ai is pretty good considering. Graphics are good they continue to improve on areas and optimize still has work to go but overall getting good. Gun play and controls are excellent. Lots of options for inventory / weapon customization which is good and bad in my opinion. Runs well on my old gtx 970 however I wouldn't get it with a lesser gpu. I have had issues with certain builds of the game on certain maps running poorly but this last one seems to be pretty good.

The game needs more work, bugs, sounds, performance, AI,etc. All part of being early access. As of now it has several large maps which is good, enough weapons and customization to make loadouts as you wish. The ai is far from being where it needs to be but at least its better than the takedown red sabre A.I. of course that isn't saying much. Sometimes they still shoot you before they turn around or at least they start shooting before they turn around. To be honest they aren't that bad though. Hoping being released into early access gets them enough money to put back into the game to get it fixed up some more. Would love to have listen server support but that may be a while before its added. This game should be a good game to play with a group of friends either co-op or pvp. I've been looking for something to replace the old True combat: elite (old wolfenstein mod) and I believe this should be simple and real enough to be fun. I think this has a place between simulators such as ARMA 3 and games like Call of duty. Basically arma 3 has no real PVP only people doing boring role playing type stuff on large maps; no way just to pop into a small competitive gunfight. Call of duty has stupid stuff like kill streak rewards and all that garbage and plays almost as fast as quake. I think this should be the middle ground. I recommend this game based on its potential. It's getting there.

Great game. online works prettty good. If your looking for a snes style bomberman clone this is the one to ahve. Very simple graphics etc. If you want a demo you can go to the developers website and there is a free download of an older game that didn't have online function and has some other interesting things such as the characters.

Lets start this off with the positive. It has a kinda catchy tune.. not sure if there are more than one for different lvls or if it just keeps repeating so that could be really bad. Also no way to turn off or adjust sound. There are 0 options. If you don't like fullscreen too bad. If you hit esc Im pretty sure it just brings back to main menu where you can start over or exit so no pausing. Gameplay wise the ai is really hard since you can't see thier bullets on most backgrounds, so that leads you to staying out of their awereness zone and sniping them. which isn't really fun. I think maybe as you get further the map forces situations where you will be close enough to them to have to fight them while they are active and to win like that you have to be moving at all times or they will shoot you really quickly. No way to change controls.(unless you use external app?) You are stuck with w a &d ( Edit: space jumps too) to move and jump and mouse click also you aim with mouse. Controls dont feel horrible but gamepad support would be a lot better in my opinion. also instead of your default system cursor for the cursor a crosshair or someting would have been nice. So overall my review is negative but there is something about the game that will keep me playing it from time to time mainly to see if its possible. Very challenging overall.

This game is great. Unlike left for dead and all the other zombie games this one is actually fun.

I find this game is not near as good as flatout ultimate carnage. Seemed to get a stutter but fps counter shows 60 steady.. vsync on off or even on 30fps cap just doesnt really render proper its odd. I didnt plaay it enough but there is no ai for online multiplayer and the party mode form UC is now local mp only. Graphics really arent that good either. They aren't horrible but not good. If you own flatout UC there is no point in buying this unless its cheap. It is way better than the pile of horse manure flatout 3 was though. It is better than some other racers but compared to gasguzzlers this is not even close and really it it doesn't beat out flatout UC so I have to give it a negative review... If they would add in the party mode games to online multiplayer I'd recommend it.

xbox one controllers using wireless dongle do not function correctly. It only recognized one and defaulted the first player to keybaord in multiplayer battle. If there is a way to change that it isn't clearly listed. Might be good for the single player platforming. May work flawlessly with other controllers though. Also menus aren't controllable with controller, but it does say partial controller support not full so that is a given I guess.

There is no online multiplayer at this point in time as far as I can tell. Seems the test server is down and even when it worked it was not a finished product as far as that goes. There are many better local mp games out there.

Not a bad game. I think with the weapons and attacks it could be so much more than just a platformer but it focuses too much on getting to the next level quickly or just being difficult to get to the next level where they could have focusted more on using the attacks for enemies and different types of enemies and this game would be great. As is its mostly just another platformer.... I'll recommend it so long as its cheap or in a bundle as I got it in a bundle and it is one of the better games in the bundle.
