Do not bother unless you are a big fan of RPing as a goody two shoes. If you do decide to try and be a burgler and break into houses at night to steal things to sell guards will insta lock onto you and ask to search you as soon as you take one step out onto the road out of the city. Or if you try instead to be a badass knight in shining armor you will be beat to death by a group of peasants who catch you walking down the road because the combat system in this game is AWFUL. Don't even just take my word for it. google one thing about this game and there will be dozens of complaints about how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the fighting is. after you learn how it works 1v1's become even a little fun, but god forbid you need to take on more than one combatant. I hope the sequel is dead on the water.

Since rage reviewing this dog water I've put in maybe 20 more hours. The story is so good it almost makes me forget about the combat system. I have even got good at 1v1 combat and I'll say its actually enjoyable. Very good even, and yet it still gets ruined any time it goes to more than 1v1. I actually cannot believe how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they made the combat STILL. I WANT TO ENJOY THIS GAME BUT THE GROUP COMBAT IS SO TERRIBLE IT RUINS IT.

Few more hours into it after adding a few combat mods that make it bearable. still a bad game if it needs to be fixed by the community.
