This game is pretty damn great! Runs very well on max settings on my PC (8 gig Radeon gfx, 3.4 GhZ quad core AMD, 12 gigs DDR3.)

reminds me of state of decay, only a bit more arcade-like. Hordes seem to get more plentiful the more you progess through the story. I'm only currently at maybe 25% completion. A nice feature of this game is to take your character back, in their current state, to any chapter you've already played.

I'd give it an 8/10. [Would pay $30, but $20 seems to be the right price]

If there was a "hell yes" for recommendation, i'd be clicking it if i could. This is one of the most beautiful games i've ever played. Worth the 20 bucks for the scenery alone.

This is the best Milsim I've ever played. And I can't stress enough how much of a milsim this is vs just being another shooter. The learning curve is rather steep, but if you invest the time to learn, you will not be disappointed.

Make sure you have a good CPU before you get too crazy with creating your own missions though.

-----UPDATE-----

I nominated this game for the ateam award Labor of Love because its been out for over 5 years, and the Devs are still making and updating DLC and content for this most excellent of games.

After the first cut scene, right when they noticed the streets were empty, the entire screen went black. No wonder he thought they were empty!

This game is pretty good as it is right now, considering its in early alpha! I'd definitely recommend grabbing it If you're interested in a game thats sort of a cross between Prison Architect and FTL.

The game so far is sort of like this; you start in the market and find a contract that fits the technology you have on hand, or that can be researched before your bid is due. You design the ship in the way you think would make the most sense so it fits the parameters of the contract. you save your design, and can then put it through different tests. Some that are pretty easy, some that aren't. you're given a score based on how well you did on the tests. when you feel like your ship is tested enough, you submit your bid.
the amount you get on the bids seems kind of low at the moment compared to how much research and stuff costs, but im sure it can all be tweaked.

No crashes or anything so far, although the graphics do seem to *try* to crash on occation, they haven't yet.

This game has SO MUCH potential! unfortunetly, I'm never able to see the potential because of the constant crashes and freezing.
I'm still recommending this game though, because it IS early access, and the devs are quite active and involved with the community. Will Re-review in a few patches.

This is hands down the best RPG I've ever played. With all the mods out there for this (I HIGHLY recommend Floris, The Last Days of the 3rd Age, Gekokujo, and L'Aigle) there's pretty much no story you can't play before the napoleonic era.

This is a game that will take tens, if not hundreds of hours to complete one playthrough. I recommend taking notes, because sometimes, even with the notes they take for you, the game is too vast to keep track of everything.

Combat is great! its easy to learn, but quite difficult to master. Your tactical ability is the only limit to the kind of combat you can experience.

Basically CoD in WW1. So... not very much like CoD at all. Which is why it's awesome.

9/10 overall
