Overcooked update.
As mentioned before by other reviewers, Base-Progression that added nothing new but restricted something that was available by default on top of forcing you to walk to each menu in 3D world instead of just a quick click.
Performance issues putting 1080 Ti to it's knees, can't have stable 60.

Some new UI features were nice at least.

RailJack from Warframe with location system like Void Crew with a gameplay and progression like Evespace (first one) where everyone are fairly engaged and can fit any role right away - in a nice single package.

There is minor localisation errors, hit-reg between ship/robots and sacrifices made to make both ship and crew had common ground (boarding, shooting from a ship or from a deck, speed and ranges at least in demo felt slow, etc) but even right now - i feel like this game is better than anything listed above (maybe not everspace tho :D)
It also runs smooth, surprisingly so.

0.85 update is nice, game feels more balanced and rewarding.

It really does add autorun entries, ♥♥♥♥ that.
I will still play it however, my pc doesn't have anything worth checking anyway, but user discretion advised

Game's great but i've just got tired of this ♥♥♥♥ not closing properly (certain steam process still hanging the game) and running my browser asking to link EGS every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time and there is no visual way to disable that 'feature'

At the moment of the release - this is awful.
Game wise - everything is fine, but progression wise - it needs a ton of polishing.
Managing base became a heavy dissapointment - requirements for most stuff got drastically increased, Solar and Wind generators become something you cannot access within supplies on main island.
The biggest 'exploit' became a scrapper, absolutely killing the intent of getting supplies by mining, the exception again is Carbon, due to fact you'd be wasting 90 carbon within a hour, because 3 carbon plants would eat as much to sustain Scrapper and some other utilities.
Almost 6 hours in - you still won't have the tool to pass through sea for new locations, unless you just set fastest wheels and 'swim' through.
Hey, they did listen, i was quite away thanks to other games but i will return to TTW eventually.

It's good, I could've made a lot of points why it is better than first game, or why it isn't, but generally speaking, it's good, technical issues were minor, even in times of disconnects/crashes - in most cases you could return to your party or solo in same spot, so that's already a plus comparing to other games.
Grind for sets is not troublesome and variety to do so is enough, the exceptions are only couple of guns.
