Blasphemous 2 is a great sequel to the first game. The setting and story are just as amazing. Personally, the game feels a bit less dark, uncanny, and grotesque than the original. It places much more depth into the combat system, offering different weapons and a various builds. The second game is less cryptic than the first, with more indicators showing where to go. However, some questlines and achievements are still very hard to figure out on your own. Bosses were definitely improved compared to the first game, and in my opinion, the combat is more fun and engaging. The game is also less buggy than the original. Overall, it’s a solid sequel to the first game.
