I've loved the Gundam series for the longest time, and to see a brand new Gundam game come out in North America has finally been a dream come true. It seems that most negative reviews come from random game crashes, which to be fair will be fixed in the coming weeks.

For those trying to see a fair review, it plays extremely well, even on my fairly old PC with a 1060 and i7-7700k. It's very fast paced and you'll get punished often for standing still or waiting for enemies to come to you. It still needs some balancing; some ultimate abilities and skills seem pretty confusing to use or unviable in certain situations, but overall the playable characters aren't too widely unbalanced. Furthermore, the communication system is pretty great and teammates can easily see what the objectives are in order to win. It's a great take on a modern FPS that fits in the gundam universe, my only gripe with it is the lack of characters. With time, I'm sure that won't be a problem either. I look forward to the future of Gundam Evolution!
