I cannot recommend this purely off of what's lacking, and that's nearly everything. You might be tempted by what they show you in the screenshots, but what they don't tell you (even in the base game) is that none of the biome-unique buildings are buildings you will be using, ever. All you're ever going to build (without extremely outdated, broken mods) are the same Eastern European prefabs you've always been building. It's highly disappointing to pay for basically a retexture that has zero sustenance.
