Early Access Review
I've been playing AARPGs for years and they are my favorite genre of games. I played Path of Exile 1 for years and loved it. Path of Exile 2 is more ruthless and feels like a souls game and I love it as I played all the Dark Souls games and enjoyed those too. If you don't know how to create builds and understand how to create your character with gear, you will fail at this game. It's not for everyone. Once you learn how to play Path of Exile and know how to combine abilities, gear your character with specific stats to stay alive and use the passive tree, the builds are endless. It's okay to follow build guides to maximize DPS and end game pushes.

A lot of people will down vote this game because of nerfs that will brick their class. For those people, don't choose a broken OP build next time that you know would get nerfed. This game is in Early Access, so lots of changes will happen until version 1.0 full release. Everything that we are doing now will help shape the version 1.0 for full release. This game is ruthless, so it won't be easy to resepc and such like it is in Diablo 4. Path of Exile 2 is a hard game and people need to understand that. If you didn't like Path of Exile because it was too complex harsh on your character and Dark Souls because of how difficult it was, you really won't like Path of Exile 2.

Go make a new class and start over like I have endless times in Path of Exile, or go play a different game. No one told you to play a broken build that would most likely get nerfed in early access.

One of the best rogue like deck building games I've played. I managed to complete red deck on gold stake and I must say, it was fun but also very challenging. There were too many times where I played 4 cards instead of 5 and lost. There were too many times where I pressed the wrong button and sold my tarot or planet cards instead of using them. There were too many times where I discard my hand instead of playing it and lost because of it. This game is crack.

I played Destiny 2 when it first release on PC during year 1 and that's when I also stopped playing it. It was terrible at launch. I never touch it again until 2023 in season 19. There is so much content to do whether it's raiding, strikes, PVP, gambit or the campaign. I literally put in 400 hours within 3-4 months. The grind is fun and being in an active clan makes it 100% better. Seeing your hard earned loot give you advantages in PVP and being able to run GM Nightfalls is just awesome and a great feeling. If you are like me and you stopped playing in year 1, give the game a try again. I recommend buying the expansions during sales, but they are well worth it.

The game looks beautiful, but The Complete Saga is better. This game has no hub world which is weird and the levels go by very quickly with no effort. I completed episode 1 within an hour and the exploration within the levels are not great at all. The combat is cool, but it's not challenging either. I've played Lego Star Wars 1 and 2 on the PS2 and The Complete Saga on the 360. This game doesn't feel like those at all.

My brother and I played this game together from start to finish. The game has a lot of visual bugs and glitches. A lot of cut scenes would be black or it would go into a black screen and do nothing. We would have to restart the game for it to work correctly which would cause us to skip/miss the cut scenes sometimes. The game also had issues where prompts would not show up for us to open doors and progress through the missions. We would have to restart the game to be able to progress through doors that were not showing to be something we could open originally. This game looks good, but there are a lot of problems that just ruin the experience.

I have 2 hours played so far and I must say that this game looks amazing and the game play is really smooth! The game has a lot of dialog at the start, but once you get past it, it's open world exploration with looting and lots of combat. I currently play the game on hard difficulty and it gives me a challenge. It has that dark souls feeling when it comes to combat since I can die within 4-6 hits without healing. The combat feels great whether it's ranged, melee or sorcery. People who complain that the combat sucks either doesn't know what they are doing or don't know how to use the combos and just spams buttons. There are a lot of abilities to choose from, combos to unlock and buffs to select when you level up. You can find loot from killing enemy's or looting the environment as well. The music is also not bad. The music is not childish at all like some people say. The story teller is not as bad as people say he is either. The story teller has a nice and warming voice that is nice to listen to. He explains the story very well and in a way where keeps me wanting to know more. You can turn the story teller off in the settings by turning the volume all the way down for him. I also have not ran into any weird bugs or crashes as well. The only bad thing I can say so far is that some cutscenes end way to quickly and cut off.

Overall, the game is awesome. Don't listen to people who down vote and have less then 2 hours played because they most likely have not gotten far in the game to experience what Biomutant really is and has to offer.

I rate the game a 8/10

This game is amazing, but unfortunately the Multiplayer is broken. My cousin and I bought this game to play together and to 1V1, but the game lags and freezes every 2-3 seconds while in multiplayer causing it to be unplayable. If you are going to play it solo and do the camping, then get it. If you are getting it to play multiplayer, then I would highly skip it.

SteamVR is amazing and Work perfectly for me with no issues and I use the Oculus Quest 2. It also does not slow my system down at all. VR is amazing and you are missing out if you have not tried VR before or don't have a system.
