I have probably spent 100 hours just trying to go sideways on a sketchy mountain pass with a car powered with doritoes, do I have any regrets? No.

NieR:Automata is an game that explores the philospical viewpoint that nihilism is bliss and existentialism is humanism. It often brings up the point "What defines humanity? Goverment? Religion? or the emotions that humans pocess?", in an enviroment where the soul of humanity has been belittled to a pulp.

The gameplay being by platnuim is solid, while it's not MG:R smooth it's a fairly fun game to go back to play even after beating the main story, with plenty of intresting sidequests to fall back to. Another large thing to mention about Nier:Automata is the soundtrack, due to the soundtrack being composed of a fake language known as "Chaos language" literally every song can contain a different meaning to diffferent people. The soundtrack is the closest 10/10 of a OST i have heard yet

Granted warning optimation of this game is a little on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ side, however as of now even without FAR it's been playing perfectly fine.

I bought the game at full price and I have no regrets about it. It's a dope game about qt robots and ♥♥♥♥

Man sitting in a Helicopter Simulator:2015

Half of the game isn't even complete, a major part of the game got cut, and the world feels dead. Granted that gameplay is top notch, but the game doesn't exactly deliver with the gameplay when half the missions are "Go extract this prisoner" or "Go take out APC squad". The game is just lacking soul that previous MGS games had.

The story falls flat on it's head about mid-game, and then it doesn't exactly know what to do with it's self. A game that is widely known for being a movie is lacking in cutscenes and narrative. Most information is delieved by cassette tapes that can easily be missed. The characters are bland and are the generic black and white. What's even worse that the game leaves you with a "Phantom pain" figuratively

While the gameplay is fun, the open world over works itself and results in a dead enviroment. No active conflicts, no patrols out in the open field, and there's not even a random Helicopter flying around. To add insult to injury, the two maps are barely even different to each other. Somehow, Zimbabwe somehow looks exactly like Afganistan.

The game's alright, but the story is lacking and can get extremely repetitive. Games at best a 7/10

Such a lust for mehness
