Excellent First person shooter. Excellent graphics and graphic details.

But there was something missing from the story both going through the village and dealing with the SS Paranormal division.

There were fewer overheard conversations (stories) in the village, too many locked building doors, and SS Paranormal was simply zombies dropping from the sky and a big monster at the end.

SS Paranormal in "Return to Castle Wolf" were beautiful women with machine guns (in a church, in a mansion, and finally in the graveyard). The variety of settings and difference in gameplay were good aspects. Also, you would overhear more conversations with the "Return to Castle Wolf" SS Paranormal than you do with this game (Wolf the old blood).

I enjoyed dealing with the talking monster king at the end of "Return to Castle Wolf" more than the monster at the end of this game. He had more personality; wanted to take over the world; and turned Helga into his zombie slave in "Return to Castle Wolf" ... that was much better than the non-speaking monster at the end of this game who's most endearing aspect was his ability to deal blunt force trauma.

"Return to Castle Wolf" also allowed you to sneak around the village more. This game (Wolf the old blood) on the other hand was a constant fire fight. Suppose I could try harder at stealth but .... this doesn't seem like a stealth game. You run into one tough opponent and the stealth game is over.

This game is also more dark and serious than "Return to Castle wolf." Not as much humor, and our hero, William J. Blazkowicz, does not vacation on the front lines of the war killing Nazi for fun. He is kind of sad and angry. A man of stone with a dream of hearth and home that never comes true. I don't mind but ... this is a game.

Still, very enjoyable. Nice graphical details. ^__^
