Game in 2024 does not allow custom controller bindings. Up on D-pad for target lock is CRAZY given its done in combat when you'd want to be able to use left stick to MOVE. Sprinting breaks when turning steam input on, so that's not an option. There is no camera speed slider and the max option is slow with no option to turn off camera acceleration. Kbm has a fast camera with no acceleration, wtf sony? Camera sucks so I need to use target lock. Target lock sucks so I have to use camera. Camera sucks so I need to use target lock. Target lock sucks so I have to use camera. Camera sucks so I need to use target lock. Target lock sucks so I have to use camera. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Camera speed is as slow as molasses. No option to increase camera speed, not even through mods. Camera speed is essential to fighting games. Camera snapping is awkward and the target distance is extremely short. If a range enemy is out of view and outside snapping distance, you'll need to sprint AND acquire a MID-GAME perk to not get hit. Because camera speed adjustment was left out, its clear the devs aren't capable of producing a fighting game.

Jedi survivor has a camera speed setting, so they got that right, but the game is so poorly optimized I stuck with this poor experience instead.

Game breaking bugs 6 months after release. The space simulator promised to have science, colonies, interstellar travel, resource extraction, etc has failed to become a working space simulator.

I'm so ritualistically obsessed with this game that I'm starting to thing I'm autistic

Things to try before your 2 hour refund time is up:
-Figure out how to join a friends party within the first 5 minutes of play, good luck.
-Play shoot house in a private match, you can't....
-Play a private match, you can't it'll crash EVERY time.
-Play the campaign without a game ruining light effect bug, good luck!
-Use skill. Tough since the ttk and aim assist, which shouldn't go hand and hand, is the highest its ever been.
-Avoid receiving the message: "UPDATE REQUIRES RESTART" after a restart
-Crashing, its a blast!

I deeply regret purchasing this broken game, and my request for a return has been denied given the amount of playtime I threw at it. Only reason its high is because no other games felt interesting at the time.

Growing older makes me appreciate the amazing experiences this game has offered.
