We always stay vigilant for players who are using unfair advantages in our game, and we have dedicated specialists to investigate and act on reports. In fact, we have begun a new series of dev blogs, "OUTlisted", where we publicly show the actions we are taking against genuine rule-breakers to make our game better for all players, see below:

Many "aimbot" beliefs are often simply instances of overtuned AI squadmates reacting to you quickly, and the AI soldiers are something our development team continuously work on and improve, but if you do see a player potentially using banned third party software, please either report the user when in-game using the "complain" action on the scoreboard you can access, or if the battle has finished, you can head to the "Replays" menu on the website below, find the game you played by typing your username into the box, and reporting the user there. Our team will investigate!

Alternatively, it may also be that some veteran players who know the mechanics of the game have chosen to play a low tier battle. They have the same quality equipment as you due to the Battle Rating (BR) system that balances matchmaking, but will know the maps better and what their equipment can do. There are planned changes to matchmaking coming soon as per our roadmap and developer Q&A linked below that should help to address the issues that come with this!
