Wolfenstein II: The New Colussus has managed to beat the first one by a mile, and that's quite an achievement!

Let's talk about performance first, a lot of the complaints are about that specifically about that.

(My specs) GTX-1070 8GB, i5-6400, 16GB DDR4 and the game is not installed on a SSD.

The load times are very fast! It feels like it's on a SSD, but it's not. And I've yet to experience any performance issues like lag or stutter. (Frames are not going below 60, hasn't happened yet, and this is being played on the "High" setting) Though the game does crash now and then.. Mostly when minimizing the game and only once I've experienced a crash from picking up a collectible.

Optimization: Perfect (For me - Average-High Spec PC)

And now bugs!

I've only experienced a very minor amount of bugs so far.. Visual glitch in the outside Manhattan area when looking into the sky. And a glitch with Maria when she's washing one of the Heli-jets where her head would go inside her body (She's attempting to look at the player)

Bugs: Only the common ones you find in just about any other game.

On to the story! (No spoilers)

The story here picks up right after the first one, so you will miss absolutely nothing!
I very much appreciate the large hub that is added between missions (The U-Boat from the first game which is inspired by a real never built U-Boat that was supposed to the be the largest ever made. This one is called Eva's Hammer which is most likely a reference to Eva Braun, the wife of Adolf Hitler) This allows you to do small side missions and some much bigger stuff away from the main campaign that you should experience yourself! I feel BJ and the rest of the group has been vastly improved since the last game.. And this one really makes you feel for William Blazkowicz.. Emotionally and... well... Have you seen how many times he has been blown up and tortured by just about everything you can imagine? He just walks on like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ machine! I love it!

Story: Fan-freaking-tastic!

Some gameplay praise now.

The player shadow is a direct shadow from the player. (Legs, arms, head and weapon) the body doesn't move with the mouse precisely, it has a slow delay like in a 3rd person shooter.

Weapons can be dual wielded separately.. Pistol/Rifle, SMG/Laserkraftwerk or whatever you want!

Stealth and combat executions has been improved by a mile! Dynamic and glorious!

10 out of gosh dang 10!
