A week ago I was diagnosed with a terminal stupidity so I decided to upvote fake reviews in poor taste.

Damn it people, grow a brain!

The game is good though (VR only)

I thought I'd rewrite this review as it was very old and kind of terrible.
BioShock 2 still manages to be my favorite BioShock game AND overall favorite shooter of all time.. but there was so much denial towards this game's existence.. why?
Well as we know, BioShock is supposed to be filled with plot-twists and mind bending story.. that's it.. that's what most people didn't like about BioShock 2, as it's a much simpler "Search and Rescue" storyline set in Rapture.
But.. I freaking liked this story! anyways... here's some of my personal views on this and its improvements AND sligthly worse parts!

Actual Pros/Cons compared to ORIGINAL BioShock.

+ Extreme improvements on combat!
+ Much nicer level design.. which is done by Arkane!
+ Simpler Story (This is also placed in the negatives, but I liked this very much, as I'm much more focused on my goal!)
+ "Gathering" Adam is a lot more fun now! (Because you now actually have to gather it, not just take it.. or well your little sister will!)
+ A lot more endings! (BioShock only had 2, which wasn't all that good. These endings are changed depending on neutral NPC's killed and Little Sisters harvested or rescued!)
+ Vastly improved research camera!
+ More enemy variety giving more purpose to everything around you.
+ Subject Delta 10/10 m9.. dank and much cool.. also kappa.. (or whatever)
+ Replay value is high!

- Simpler Story (Negative for most of those who expected a crazy mindfack story.)
- Extremely buggy and crashes often on DirectX10 (So set it to DX9 instead)
- Audio bugs was never fixed here either.. so that's the same as BioShock.
- No Backtracking to earlier levels like in BioShock.. (but the levels are pretty darn big and open!)

MAKE SURE TO! check out BioShock 2 Minerva's Den! ;) (And yes.. that dlc caused some big bugs to this one)

This game will murder you.. how do I know? well.. I've been on Medusa 1C,, That place scares the living s**t outta me..

Please get out of.. no.. actually, buy the game first.. then play it.. and then run away..

+ Wonderfully tiny graphics, and they're glorious!
+ Sound design is very well done here.. I didn't expect it to be that good when I first played this.. and it's been a few months since last I played this, so today I got to relieve those sweet a** sounds!
+ Fantastic creepy mutants and zombies and guards.. and squids... and walkers.. hmm.. and huge rock throwing angry ex-girlfriends.. and more scary s**t than I can count..
+ FREAKING HARD BRO! or GIRL!
+ It's a freaking TDS game.. so it's bound to be cool.

- No built in music :( You can buy the Guns & Tunes.. and of course put in the music on a player and then start Teleglitch.

It's a fantastic game.. and very challenging and higly replayable.

I had to cut out some technical help for slow pc's? Not sure why Steam doesn't like that.
Just find it on google.. there is a way to allow more FPS, this increased my performance by 80-100% loading times too.

+ Amazing Looking world (Very colorful!)
+ I appreciated the settlement system very much, I spend 10 hours just building houses and garages.
+ Sprinting is now added (This drains AP which you also need for your VATS, so you might wanna conserve it a bit)
+ Food and Drinks are much much more useful this time around, so having some on you is a very good idea (read the *'s)
+ Weapon modding is vastly improved from NV (Now you can fully customize your weapons and also decide which upgrades to keep and which ones to remove)
+ Buildings and structures are a lot more enjoyable to explore now.
+ M-Quests & S-Quests are very enjoyable to play trough.
+ I personally loved the Perks and Leveling system (Some would prefer the skills system)
+ Companions are an absoulute blast to have with you, they're all different and some are more useful than others (depending on how you play) They almost always have something unique to say about locations you visit and sometimes they might even say something during dialogue with someone else.
+ Cooking system returns but with more varied food items which may have some secondary buffs.
+ Looting mechanic is very much appreciated Bethesda.. no longer will you have to open containers (except after succesfully lockpicking) instead you just look at a container and it will show you all items in a list box.
+ Repairing system has been completely wiped.. Some of my friends did not appreciate that. I did however, the repairing system just kept annoying me towards the end..
+ Karma system has been removed. (I liked that personally)
+ Power Armor is extremely useful this time around and it now requires Fusion Cores to operate.. this might upset some people, but I personally loved this mechanic very much.. It's just very rewarding finding these, as I can then use the Power Armor again in case I ran out.

* Food and Stimpacks are WAAAY to common.. I'm currently playing on hard and I still have 57 stimpacks.. and if I do end up using a few, the game just hands them out willy nilly with the First Aid boxes.. and all this food laying around is non-logical.. how did no one ever loot the Super Duper Mart after 200 years?! there were only like 6 ghouls.. easily defeated by 2-3 raiders..
* People just won't shut up.. they're annoying me.. *Just me minding my own business, crafting my gear..* I really need to be alone right now... *JESUS SHUT UP! DON'T GO OVER HERE THEN..*
* Mini Nukes are also way too common.. I still have 12 of them..
* Preston.. gawd.. that guy man... *Hey Repix.. We still have this damn settlement who needs help.. already marked it on your map man!* I know Preston,. just writing out this review here.. *I DON'T GIVE A DAMN! JUST HELP IT.. I will stay behind though.. general..* Jesus.. I hate that guy.. alright.. on to the negatives..

- No In-game FOV settings.. what the hell bethesda?? This is unacceptable for a 2015-16 game.. Stop with your Console porting excuses.. if you actually wanna release something for the PC.. then RELEASE IT FOR THE DANG PC.. stop it already..
- Exactly the same engine as Skyrim.. Hell.. it even uses the same freaking sound from the forge in Skyrim on the Armor Workbench.. wut?!
- The Intro to the game is quite underwhelming.. which is a little sad, I gotta say.
- AND.. of course.. the dialogue system.. you already know it by now.. it sucks.. (the voice actors were damn good though, and some of the sarcastic dialogue is funny as heck! Do you comply?!)

*REPIX THAT SETTLEMENT.. YOU SON OF A* <Signal lost..>

Haha SnoutUp, when you posted that you had uploaded this to greenlight, I didn't exactly expect you to get 2.000+ players and also make it free at the same time, considering how long you've been working on this!

This game is quite addictive, and very simple to play, all you need is some quick reflexes (and let's be honest: a controller..)
Basically you're a pig.. killing wolves.. attack them to get combos and increase your score and hopefully get a place on the leaderboards, It's placed in the freaking menu! that's some useful stuff right there, making you care about getting on there.

Attack items flying trough the air to grab them, you can then throw them back at enemies, or use them up-close.

The game also features a good amount of achievements, so that should keep you going for a while as well.

The game features an additional game mode called 1HP, and you can probably guess that means you only have 1 Health Point.. Yeaaa, how about no? maybe you can? well go figure it out dummy instead of reading this review!! go beat the other people in 1HP mode or Classic and get on the damn Leaderboard!

I have played and watched videos of this before on the consoles, so I know the story already, which is good. If you enjoyed the last Tomb Raider purely on that, you'll enjoy this one as well.

The PC port is definitely well done here, I've had one crash so far, and I'll probably get one or two more before I complete this game on the PC, but that's completely fine as the save system from the original carries over to here. (which worked perfectly!) The graphics are top notch once again.. whoa! The hair graphics are amazing, Lara Croft is even more beautiful this time around and the snow animations are extremely fluid.

The well done camera system from Tomb Raider also makes a return and if you played that game, you'll know how awesome that is!

So just how many things returns that you'll find similar?

Weapons
Scavenging
Hunting

What you'll find vastly improved:

Climbing (Yups, even more fluid this time around and with tree climbing.. awesome!)
Crafting (You can now craft arrows on the run and collect materials to heal up on the run as well)
Exploration (You can now find coins and maps. Coins to buy weapons and equipment and Maps to help you find these coins and other useful objects)
Stealth (Stealth is even more fun this time around with the tree climbing and all!)

Would I recommend... hmm no?

Psstt.. (yes, of course.. I love this game!)
