I bought four copies of this game during a recent steam sale for $20 total so I could play what looked to be an atmospheric underwater horror/survival game with my friends.

I was a little wrong about the category, it plays more like a horror-tinged counterstrike, underwater and against sharks, than it plays like a DayZ or similar game.

That being said, I was incredibly surprised with the amount of fun I've had in this game. Rounds are relatively quick, and good teammates can make or break a victory. There's no single best weapon or strategy, and I've had a great time learning the ins and outs of the meta.

Their lootboxes are skins and other cosmetic items, and aren't required to unlock any of the gear/sharks that start locked.
