Game is good. Released too early. Not sure why it didn't go early access.
Regardless, support got back to me within 1 day. The devs are active on discord. Roadmap has some very good community requested changes and the devs have been fast to enact them.
In it's current state 8/10.
In the roadmap plans 9/10.

Ruined the launch by not implementing the few changes they've already put in that improved the game immensely.
