Now I wasn't a fan of the story, and gave up on it after a bit and just did the mission objectives, however, I really enjoyed the planet.

I was given a reason to use trains to setup since the planet is so big. So a friend and I just spent the time doing that which was good fun. I do wish it could in some way be accessible to main save file and not completely separate, its not perfect but overall I think its pretty good and hey they could always do something about merging it with main game once you complete part of it? I'm not sure. Regardless the hates understandable but its a thumbs up from me had a good time.

I have had one issue and that was graphically with 1.0 I had some bugs on dx12 you can force dx11 or try the fix below, but non have happened after I fixed it the one that helped me was clearing the cache and config folder, have had no issues since

Browse to %APPDATA%\FactoryGame\Saved\

Note: If you do delete config it will reset all your keybinds and other settings
I deleted both the Config and Cache folder as well as the file having the .upipelinecache in the path root.

This game just straight up sucks, from an entertainment perspective and a technical.

for a game that looks subpar it runs like a quadruple A game designed for hardware in 2050 with graphics from 2010.
Insane amount of stutters even with lowered settings on beefy hardware.
The gameplay is hardly anything to praise either.
There's also no way to lower screenshake or movement. I played for not even 2 hours and I almost got motion sick multiple times, it's far too excessive to simply add to the atmosphere.

This game tries to be like squad but world war but just falls incredibly short.

played most major updates, and now 1.0. Only PVE not really interested in the PVP aspect of it.

The default settings are pretty bad for pve but if you tune as you learn the game its quite fun.

Last time I saw such an outbreak was with War Thunder, now that game is a different breed so reviews were never likely to reverse. This game is incredible and I hope to see the community come together the way they did to return the game to its former glory. Arrowhead truly deserves it. Even more so for creating a community that could even get Sony to change.

10/10 would recommend.
Doing another play through but now with 2 friends using the seamless coop mod would recommend it's what coop should've been.

I like this game its a bit different from the first but i'm a fan would recommend

parkour feels a bit floaty but you get used to it and its quite fun



Update: Beat the game finally after 6 months and after 85 hours I'd still recommend I think it wont be for everybody but if you play for a few hours (I know longer than refund period sadly) I think you can get hooked the story isn't some 10/10 master piece but its passable could be better but it was alright.

I really liked the map im sort of a completionist I plan to 100% the game eventually (could be next year or 5 years who knows) but I had fun exploring the map and enjoying how good the game looks and the parkour can feel a bit arcadey at times and not very fluid but i still found it fun.
I do think some things could have been improved but overall i'd give it like a 7.25/10.

85 hours well spent and probably will have more once new chapters come out along with doing the "new" Harper quests ive yet to do.

RAM: 32GB @ 3200mhz

Played on a 1440p 27" monitor with Gsync compatible on near max settings minus ray tracing, averaged around 90fps in most areas with the variable refresh rate it was buttery smooth and gorgeous looking game.
(I do wish you could turn off anti aliasing I do not like it in most games especially TAA and find it really blurry)

Quite fun, played it on its initial release, saw Bog Witch and got the urge to play again. 3 years later its still great.

If it gets too grindy, you can always turn on resource multiplier up to 3x and enable tping with resources. I did this because I can't be bothered grinding the same spot 100 times

Not my cup of tea, game mechanics are a little weird, PVP is kinda fun, first person iron sights need work. I don't recommend, played a bit in the free week, glad I didn't buy it.
