New buildings do nothing but cost you lots of money to run while adding no value to your city

There are too many additions to the game since this DLC's release that make it obsolete. The DLC will not work with any of the buildings outside the base game.

Cool assets to make the base game look a little more relatable. It is worth noting that some of the assets are pay-2-win since they may have higher capacities than the base vehicles.

The buildings overall are kind of cool, but they look so bad compared to the rest of the buildings in the game. Plus their shading just doesn't work in the lighting of the game

Since there is no other reason to get this DLC other than the trams, you should wait until it goes on sale. The snow mechanic is neat, but chances are you wont do more than one or two cities using it since the snow can become an unnecessary money suck.

I would wait until you have some more critical DLC like Mass Transit and After Dark before you go with Snowfall.

If this is your first DLC, then I would make sure to bundle in After Dark with this. The addition of the cargo train hub from After Dark goes nicely with this DLC

Because of the cargo train terminal, I feel like this instantly becomes one of the most necessary DLC's in the game. There are a lot of great features by adding trams, bus lanes, and what-not, but none of that will fix the cargo transport issue.

This DLC might be free, but honestly you will be losing money by using it. The stadiums don't draw in enough money or tourism to make it worth you while. If anything they create a traffic headache.

That said, if you want a traffic challenge, add these to your city. The periodic dips and peak in traffic flow caused by the stadium gives you something to do.
