Good game overall, but some issues that hamper gameplay, namely:

- Driver morale being rather underdeveloped and opaque. Drivers in the middle of a battle will flip flop between being happy that they gained a position and being sad that they lost one, often ending up at a lower morale than they started with.
- Replays seem to be a bit janky, the button appearing at incorrect times and sometimes not even showing the accident.
- Camera angles aren't always that great, especially on certain tracks where you can't actually see what's going on half the time. I understand it's meant to replicate the real-life cameras, but I'd love an option to just get an overhead view, or at the very least a helicam. A super zoomed out view like the one at x16 speed showing the actual cars battling would also be awesome.
- There's no way to let the driver/race engineer handle the micro management of their pace, ERS modes, etc. Would be nice to have an option to let them handle it autonomously.
- Lack of being able to pick sponsors.
- Facility management feels shallow

These are all issues that could be solved in future updates, but don't buy something on the promise of what it could/will be (Cough, Tesla self-driving, cough). If you're a big F1 fan and are prepared to spend €60 on a fun time, then go ahead and buy it. If you're still on the fence, then maybe hold off until you know for certain whether or not it's a game that's for you.
