A Beautiful Swedish Wasteland with All the Depth of a Puddle
⭐️⭐️

If you’ve ever wanted to explore a stunning, eerily quiet Swedish countryside while being stalked by robots with the brainpower of a wet Roomba… congrats, Generation Zero exists.

This game had style, it had mystery, it had vibes. And then you realize — that’s all it has. The world is empty, the AI is dumber than a toaster in a microwave, and the devs are more focused on retexturing the same mech dogs than fixing core issues.

Combat is like trying to fight a vending machine with a Nerf gun. Missions? Repetitive fetch quests with all the narrative weight of a post-it note. Coop can be fun… if you bring your own entertainment.

And don’t even get me started on the bugs. Not the fun kind. The "reload button stops working mid-fight" kind. The "my bike phased into another dimension" kind.

This is the game that your favorite dev left a better game to make — and somehow still missed the mark. Pour one out for what could’ve been.
