Ignore the time Steam says I have played. I have played about 14 hours of the game overall, most of it done offline while I was traveling.

Similar to: Hotline Miami, Rainbow Six 3, SWAT 4

Pros
-Simple controls that anyone can pick up.
-Can be played with one hand.
-Game mechanics may be simple, but allow for extremely complex strategies to be played out.
-Versetile level editor.
-Lots of content in the game, hundreds of standalone missions ranging in difficulty, as well as a handful of campaigns lasting 1 to 2 hours each.
-Randomized mission generator.
-Scenario Variety
-Perfect game to play on a laptop if you have a mouse.
-Officer and Squad progression. (new skills, weapons, and classes to unlock)
-Pause and play allows you to assess the situation on an action by action basis, giving the player time to think and plan.
-Good soundtrack.
-Playing with your own music/podcast in the background takes nothing away from the game.

Cons
-Enviroments can get repetitive. (The level design is varried, I'm talking about the way they look)
-Controls don't work well when trying to play in real time.
-Some of the bigger levels can get tedious, especially if you are stuck looking for the last enemy, hostage, bomb, etc.
-How fast your guys react to getting shot at is random at times.
-Steath is underdeveloped.

Conclusion

This is the most fun I have had in an RTS ever. This is coming from someone who doesn't really like RTS games. I decided to give this game a shot, mainly because I am a fan of squad based Tactical FPS's (Swat 4 and Arma 3 being my favorites) and this game shared the same concepts. Overall, the game is accessible, but still has the complexity to please seasoned RTS verterans.

Recommended to: Players who are looking for an accessible game that has a challenging tactical experience that does not rely on clunky UI or twitch shooting.
