Spent the whole weekend troubleshooting.. piece of ♥♥♥♥ game runs at 30 fps at 1080p on a GTX 1050, all settings on the absolute lowest. I’ve tried tweaking the config and everything.

Is this normal?

Make sure your PC isn't running CPU in ECO or Power saving mode.
