Hard to play for people used to modern games, but when you adapt to it, Deus Ex is a thrilling experience from start to finish. The characters help tie it together, but the plotline of the game is unforgettable.

Fantastic world, great gameplay. Love the stealth and the atmosphere just adds to the experience. Can't recommend enough.

Should have been a DLC for Dishonored 2. Not enough is different to justify releasing as an expensive title. Still, it's worth it for fans of the franchise because the gameplay is the same and the backstory of the world is explored. Interesting, but not as replayable as the others and certainly worse than Dishonored 1 and 2.

Same combat as the others, but that isn't a downside with the Arkham games. Somewhat interesting story. Fun boss fight with Deathstroke especially held my interest. Nothing special really, but it's an Arkham game so there's still a lot to enjoy about it. Don't expect another Arkham City, but you'll have some fun with it.

Definitely my favorite of the series. Fun stealth and freeflow combat. I found myself forgetting about the gadgets because I'd get lost in the countering and dodging around. Lots of fun and a good exploration of the character.

Way too focused on fighting tanks with the Batmobile but team-up combat is lots of fun and the story really ties it all together into a somewhat emotional experience.

Good relaxing game. Sometimes awkward to play but improved a lot over time. Lots of idle fun to be had when there's time to waste. Not the most exciting of experiences, but still enjoyable and relaxing.

Mankind Divided is a game that gets a bad rap for being too short and uninteresting. Admittedly, the plot lacks hugely in some areas, mostly because the Deus Ex franchise expected a quick sequel. We didn't get the sequel, though, and many are thus feeling fairly underwhelmed by the semi-cliffhanger ending. However, the game itself feels less clunky than Human Revolution and plays smoothly. Auto-aim and DirectX glitches abound, but there is an underlying narrative and an amount of enticing gameplay that justify the purchase. For a Deus Ex fan, it's a game with quite a few letdowns, but fans of stealth games in general should enjoy the experience. Buy it on sale.

Old game, but after trying quite a few in the series, I can't help but keep coming back to Rome: Total War. Medieval 2 and all historical Total War titles have their own areas in which they shine, but RTW uniquely has an interesting game map (despite the inaccuracy) with various factions and interesting power struggles to play through. Its battles are exciting and require some level of thought, though the AI has of course aged at this point. The game is simply captivating and draws one in to the historical period quite impressively for all the years it's had to dry out, and it stands the test of time remarkably well.
Can't forget about the incredible music, either. That's one of the biggest selling points for me.
Try it out, don't be scared away by its age. The graphics are hiding a much deeper and more immersive experience that follows your rise from senator to Imperator. And watch out for Egypt.
