Report a translation problem
In regards to the idea that Steam "forces" a dev to put on the store page that they used AI art: it's only forced when they get caught. It's crucial to understand that the developer is ignoring the new ToS rule. He won't be the first and he certainly won't be the last. CoD did the same thing and only got the AI tag slapped on when the community was in uproar. Steam does not have some catch-all AI detector; no one does.
And frankly, if you don't see it already I'm not sure how I can show you. AI art usually has a very obvious look, especially older AI art, and the various icons BH3 uses on its store page are AI art. Look under Phase 6, 3, and 2 section on the store page.
If you want to get a real answer, look into who did the "art" for the Phase 2 icons. I guarantee you won't find anything, because there is no artist. Cheers
