No mouse sensitivity slider and overreliance on slow motion.

How. How in the ♥♥♥♥ do you make a game like this so reliant on twitch aim and not include a sensitivity slider?? The ♥♥♥♥ are you smoking? Dennaton learned from Hotline Miami 1 and included a slider in Hotline Miami 2; How could you not learn from THEM and include one in your Hotline Miami Roguelike? I'm not changing my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Windows sensitivity just to play this game.

The developer is aware of this issue and has no plans to fix it: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/1608640/discussions/0/3819658443212585620

I saw it in the trailer but apparently this game REALLY relies on slow motion which is so incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring. It was boring in Katana Zero, it's boring here. I don't want to slow the game down. I want my adrenaline to rush. But the game is so designed around this mechanic existing, so enemies are much harder to deal with without it.

I am angry because we were so close to greatness here. I came here because Raycevick (YouTube content creator) made this game sound like a gift from the heavens, but having played it, I am sorely disappointed. I regret my purchase.

The most recent patch now lets you set mouse sensitivity, I was ultimately incorrect on it being an engine limitation and have now fixed it.

underthemayo ass gameplay view "i don't like how this game works and instead of getting better or saying i don't like it i'm gonna bitch about it" like if you're saying you don't WANT to get better at the game its your own fault that you find it hard

IIRC, I was hoping that the game didn't really rely on it THAT much, because the rest of it looked really interesting and promising.
I'm not really interested in trying to work around my sensitivity being insanely high just to play a game I was interested in. That doesn't sound like fun to me.

@blake++ you said yourself you came here because of a youtuber, that youtuber 1000% mentioned that it has a focus mechanic. If you don´t like it to begin with, why even bother? And again, get good, it´s not hard to adjust to a faster sensitivity, unless you have some kind of condition that hinders you from doing so.

when i tried this game, there was no mouse sensitivity slider. as a result, getting good was not something i was interested in doing, especially since the dev said he had no plans to fix it. working around some godawful ultra-high sensitivity to play a game that already had a fundamental mechanic i didn't like just doesn't make sense.
i might try it again now that the dev has added a sensitivity slider

As a Hotline Miami veteran, I can tell you just one thing: get good. If you don´t like focus, just get better so there is no need to use it

You can actually ambush enemies without slow-mo, it just needs practice.
