This game has a lot in common with Valorant. But it's much more kinetic and much less greedy. Both are improvements in my opinion. Snipers, don't get your hopes up. That's easily this games weakest feature. But the maps are well designed with an emphasis on providing multiple paths to objectives and cover for attackers and defenders. You'll have to work carefully with your team.

It's censored. That's all you need to know.

There are scenes and events that cannot be avoided. So don't count on your choices meaning anything. In this game, you play a character who has her (admittedly over abundant) pride sexually abused out of her. If you're into that sort of thing, more power to you. But I'm not having any fun.

There's a lot of fun to be had here. The story is actually ok. The characters are fun and interesting. And the chalenge is pretty rewarding. Just give it a try. You'll know pretty quick if it's for you.

Let me save you all some money. Play Sims 4 on Origin. There's a mod called Wicked Whims that is ridiculously easy to use. I think I even saw a VR mod somewhere. It does everything this game does, and everything it doesn't. And it leaves you with money to buy other things.

Ya, I can't enforce this. The only part of this game that isn't ass is the ass. And that's trash. This thing needs a lot of work before it's even functional. And I'm not even sure the story I've seen so far deserves the effort. E for effort, Anka. But stop asking others to pay for your failures.

I wasn't expecting much. But I was expecting more than this. This game needs a lot of work before it's worth spending money on.

The pacing in this game is painfully slow. There's a lot of things I really like about this game. And not just things I already liked from XCOM. I hope this studio improves on the great work they've done. But as it is, I can't recommend a game that's eaten 3 days of my life without giving me anything to show for it.

Good: Actually a pretty decent adventure game. The characters are complex and likable. Dialogue actually matters. And most of the events are enjoyable.

Bad: It's kind of short. If you've played the first game all the relationship building with Rachel can feel like arranging furniture on the Titanic.

In between: This is a teenage lesbian simulator. And not the type they make for sad, lonely, weeaboos. It simply isn't for everyone.

Clarification: Some people have said that this is an SJW game. While it's true that alt-righters will hate this game will probably hate this game, they will hate it for reasons that are political and therefore invalid. The game doesn't really support any political ideologies. It focuses on interpersonal relationships. While it's true that LIS2 is to white people what God's Not Dead is the atheist. But this game predates that project and is the behavior we need to reward if we want the series to correct course.

I'd like to specifically address a line spoken by Mrs, Amber as it seems to be the most sighted example "SJW propaganda". The one about "judging the entire medium by the dead white men you've been taught about." It's true that this line raised my aggressively, anti-political hackles. But that's because Mrs. Amber is meant to be the kind of oh-so-woke, good and white, social remora, porcelain liberal that made the perfect accessory for up and coming politicians in the Obama era. Basically, the character is virtue signalling. Not the devs. So check your fire.
