Fine game, but doesn't really have anything over the other Halo games, except for being one of two games with forge that don't have dogsh!t post-processing and artstyles. Weapon sandbox feels unfortunately samey and bloated.

Janky shield properties make the campaign less enjoyable than it otherwise would be. Nobody actually plays H2 multiplayer modes other than swat and snipers, just as well since the BR is unquestionably stupidly broken. Forge is locked to anniversary, meaning you have to put up with H4's sh!tty post-processing. Just play Project Cartographer.

May have a few quirks that exude "first game in the series" (albeit so minor as to be virtual non-issues), but by far has the most solid sandbox, and if you're looking for greater enemy variety then you're in luck, as this entry in particular has been modded out the @ss and back. Multiplayer is still the best in the series for non-vehicular engagement. Don't play with 343-ified graphics, the hitboxes are exceedingly wrong.

Lackluster, imbalanced weapon sandbox and the existence of suit abilities relegates the multiplayer to gimmicks. Campaign's actually pretty alright though, if you're only here for the co-op.

Coming to this game from Clone Hero was a slap in the face, but provided you're the right brand of masochist, be my guest. It's a feature complete game with amazing presentation and excellent support for custom content. That being said, the (majority of) people who chart for this game are idiots of the highest caliber; early FNF mod tier charting, and the amount of custom charts with full difficulty reinforces my observation that learning rhythm games is not a poor man's endeavor.

Cool lego vehicle game i guess, but good luck with any controller that isn't an Xbox controller. there are no key rebinds. also 10/10 Space Engineers level physics jank, and the editor is trash. if you wanted cars, go play BeamNG, if you wanted planes go play Simpleplanes. if you wanted boats, also go play Simpleplanes. Fun fact: none of those games make my cpu go brrr to the point i could cook an egg.
