Euro Truck Simulator 2 may won't sound appealing at first for the typical gamer, but once somebody played it for a while; He/She will realize one thing: This game is here to let you 'sit back and relax'! That's why this game won the 'sit back and relax' steam-award... First of all, the game is playable; Low requirements so budget gamers can play it,Easy to underrstand so beginners can play it and also pretty neat to play on all ways - Keyboard, controller and Steering Wheel (I am speaking by experience, I enjoyed it with all 3 of them but my favourite so far is of course the steering wheel)
and what if you're a graphic Junkie? No Problen: This game has a lot of mods on the workshop and there are some pretty nice graphic mods too!
For someone who played and alrady enjoyed Euro Truck Simulator (the first one) where there wasn't such a big map,no licensed Trucks and no ability to tune them (except engine upgrades and color changing), ETS2 is a HUGE improvement!
The DLCs are okay (even though I think Vive La France is a bit too expensive and I am sure so will Bella Italia be)

If you want to seriously play the game, then there's a lot to do, you build up your company, buy Truck bases all across the continent, hire workers, give them Trucks and let them earn money for you
but if you're somebody who simply wants to drive and especially relax: Use cheat-engine to give yourself money and EP or use mods that let you unlock what you need, take the longest ride you can find, set the rain probability to maximum, turn down your volume and relax (but don't fall asleep and cause a crash)
