A PVP centric pirate game with proper Linux/SteamDeck support through proton. This game is amazing! You need a M$ account to login, but that's to be expected since it's a Xbox Live Game. Go have fun and plunder!!

It's a space version of Ark! It works well under Linux/SteamDeck except multiplayer. You can't play any server that has EAC active. Biggest problem with this game is the fundamental changes they keep doing which makes most of the ships in the workshop outdated. Always assume that any ship from the workshop will need some tweaking and/or a total rebuild before use. Eleon refuses to acknowledge the Linux/SteamDeck community or even provide a decent controller configuration. I would NOT recommend this game for the SteamDeck due to how janky the controller configuration is.

I bought this game in beta! Don't play official or linux client! Proton works great for non battle eye servers!

Love this game!!! If you ever played Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri then you have to play this. It is a modern version of that game without copying it too much.

Good overall strategy game but gets monotonous as the game is the same set of quests over and over again in order to get enough goons and other resources to continue.
