Yes. Do it. You'll hate yourself, you'll hate the game, you'll hate that-was-obviously-the-controller-slipped. You'll hate everything until you're nothing but a hallow husk of desperation and loathing. And then, in a moment of absolution and exhausted elation, you'll win.

If you're a fan of the Souls games, this is a Souls game. If you're new to the Souls series (Demon's / Dark 1 & 2) then this will be a glorious rage inducing how-could-anyone-like-this-omg-why-did-I-buy-this thing that you will probably give up on in the first hour or two. The trick is to come back in a week, or a month, or a year, sit down, and convince yourself you're finally going to figure out what the hell everyone's been raving about.

tl;dr Dark Souls 2, get it and git gud.

review is 2spooky I rage-uninstalled the game 2 hours in and around 2-3 weeks later reinstalled it and im now level 102 in the blood covenant with 27 tokens of spite

great review just like how i felt (:tank:) on dark souls and then you just understand how the game works and its I GOT PAST THE BOSS
