This game has potential, it really does. However the overall negative outweigh the positives. The core issues are mostly related to that it was designed for mobile first, and PC second. The UI, game play, and animations are all hindered massively by this.

It has a very limited card pool of around 300 or so cards, and this leaves the possibility for designing viable decks pretty small.

I enjoy playing magic, however this game has many bugs, I would consider it only if you are new to the series. 5/10

** EDIT**

After the Nov 4th update the game has been updated for the better, many of the key points were addressed. New cards have been added that changed up the meta of the game and the pricing structure was re done.

I am updating my review to 7/10

The most fun tower defense game I have found on steam, highly recommended! Its a fun and unique take on the genre, that isn't like any other game. 10/10

I found this game to be extremely hard and unforgiving. However that's what made it so much fun. It reminds me of the classic NES era of gaming where games were hard, and often could not be beat in a few hours, yet alone a few days.

If you want a unique take on tower defense that is both fun and challenging you should buy this game.

Early Access Review
Overall the game is solid. It has a lot of potential to be a great game in the long run. The dev's put a lot of attention into it, and there are frequent updates. It's one of the "good" early access game on steam.

The only thing I would hope to see in the future is a better tutorial system for new players, and more detailed options within the menus.

9/10

The funniest and funnest games I have played in a long time. The game play and movements in this game are very tight, one of the few "new" indie games that really gets that 8 bit / 16 bit side scroller feel down perfect. Highly recommended 10/10

I picked this game up two weeks ago and have since put in about 100 hours. It's the most fun I have had learning a new strategy game ever!

It's also nice that the game isn't very hardware intensive, and can be ran in Windowed mode. While I'm doing work I will leave the game open play a turn and then tab out for 20-30 minutes (in offline mode of course).

The only downsides of this game that I have found so far:

* The UI can be a bit unresponsive
* In game ad's that cannot be disabled
* Multilayer servers can get extremely laggy.

Over all I would give this game a 9/10

One of the most fun games I have played ever. The movement and game play mechanics are very smooth and polished. The story line is interesting and has an abstract twist to it.

Highly recommended 10 / 10

This is a extremely fun open world game similar to the "GTA" series, but without all the bugs and non stop BS of rockstar games.

I had no expectations when starting this game, and really found it fun right from the start to the end. I highly recommend it. 9/10

This is a great overall rounded single player fps game. You get to take down the evil Nazi empire + list to a killer track by Fredrik Thordendal (Meshuggah).

The only down side is it has a fps lock at 60, it sucks for those of us using 120 / 144hz monitors.

Besides that, its a great game. 9/10

The majority of people looking at this game are here because of nostalgic reasons. Since the early 90's the MK franchise along with Street Fighter and King Of Fighters were the staple for arcade fighters.

This port does a good job on staying true to the game play, my only complaint is that it has GFWL. It will be interesting to see what happens once GFWL support is discontinued, and if steam will host servers for online play.

Over all I would recommend this game for playing single player mode, or for playing with friends in person.
