love this game, its a bit overpriced but got it on sale so i couldn't be happier

Masterpiece

TLDR:
Characters are ♥♥♥♥, game play is amazing, coop makes it 10x better and really think about the options you pick they actually have an impact unlike some games..

+ Fun
The game is fun and the side quests are decent alot of the new mechanics they've added with levelling are a welcome improvement and having to chug an inhaler or eat some mushrooms if your in the dark to long at first i thought was annoying but it got better as I levelled up as does your stamina and health, this helps add to that urge to level up as it really does make the game more fun the further you get

+ Parkour
Amazing, was really fun was built on well from the first game and besides a couple issues with keybindings that I didnt like I got over it and found myself having those badass moments in coop where you and the squad are all running the same direction using different routes and those solo moments where I felt like a badass where nothing could stand in my way.

-/+ Combat
I have mixed feelings about this, found it really fun and satisfying however I just finished the game and noticed I only got like half the tree and the skills left just seem a bit crap or samey, for example there is one that you can unlock that's like tier 3 and after an aerial take down you can jump, like I can jump anyway have you not got something cooler to give me?

- Buggy
Encountered multiple soft locks and either had to quit or kill myself in order to get going again. Glider is a pain to get used to upgrading to full and rebinding the key helped a lot.

- The story is poor
I've never played a game where I dislike almost every character I come across and the ones I'm meant to like are all insufferable. I'm also sick to death of slowly opening doors like really sick of it, that and falling and fading to black, its like the writers didn't even play the game so didn't realise their over use of these things, if its for a technical reason like loading and stuff fair enough but surly you can be a bit more subtle/creative with it. the actual plot itself has some cool twists and great choices that have a big impact its just annoying how Aiden is a bit of a ♥♥♥♥♥ and lets everyone walk all over him.

If you reading the reviews to see if its worth getting. It is, stop reading, grab your mate if youre lucky enough to have one and crack on

Hilarious, ignore negative reviews just people who don't understand how hard it is to launch a game. Can't wait to play more

There not trying to reinvent the horse or make everyone lose there ♥♥♥♥ with some other random innovation to try and 'change the genre' (seems like somthing a AAA studio might say). it just seems like they sat around a white board with the title 'sea survival game' and came up with a decent plot that isnt to heavy so the survival element remains the prominent part of the game. Created some mechanics that worked and players would be familier with and every time someone in the room went 'HEY WHY DONT WE TRY DOI....' they just threw the pen at them and went pipe down steve save youre mad ideas for a studio that wants to make a mess of it and piss off people. we need money steve and you trying to add unnessasry ♥♥♥♥ is gonna get us all made reduntent because no one will buy the sodding game, so go make a brew with two sugars while we make the most solid game we can. you can come back in when we make a dlc because our playerbase wants somthing fresh and new when theyve already fallen in love with it, but first we need one so get out.

Real talk 9/10 (missing one because of my poor controller and VR, UI experience).
brilliant game does everything you want it to do with a few suprises on the way. :)
