TOTAL SH*T .. battleye doesnt work and im still kicked by any server...

Have you already tried emailing BattlEye support regarding the problems you are having? Include any error screenshots, when/how the error appears, system information, running AntiVirus etc.

You should still be able to play fine if you select launch without battlEye on Steam (however that is mainly only for SP)
