This game requires a lot of learning! But once you get the basics, its so much fun and there are seemingly infinite ways to play the game. It is genuinely fun to play! However, the community is very very toxic. I recommend you to disable all chat, and only have team chat enabled. Unfortunately, you will still see toxicity but at least you can give callouts in case you don't have a microphone.
Hackers are not a huge issue at lower ranks. And it will take you quite a lot of time (for an average person, not an exceptional amier) to get better at the game. But from time to time you will see people wall/aim hacking.
Smurfing is, in my opinion, the 2nd biggest issue (after toxicity). But if you manage to keep playing the game after reaching level 60/70, you will love the game. It is worth your time and trouble.
