Over 1600 hours spent in this game and I'm done!

I've been around since the 1st player/server wipe and a lot has changed. Over time, limitations of game engine, map expansion and the original dev road maps were scrapped. Promised features were never made... repeatedly. Survival was looking dated, copy pasta buildings & POI's. DayBreak put all the dev time into King of the Kill & skins crate sales and eventually admitted they'd put no resources into Just Survive.

Then dev team after dev team & the Sony sell off just made a bigger mess. Some promised changes, a new map, new mechanics ACTUALLY surfaced and hopes were raised but Daybreak caved to the complaints of the KOS kiddie squads and money. Most of the new changes original players wanted are getting scrapped, the new kids moaned about survival aspects in a survival game and since they're throwing the most money at it, their opinions got heard.

Pay to unlock crates are getting pushed more and more, now with added base ornaments!!! It's all about base defense, raid kids & daddies wallet.

Single player gets stale & grindy very quickly, team play is the only chance of making any of your own fun here.

I guess I got my monies worth but this Zombie Survival now has nothing much to do with Zombies or Survival anymore....

The zombie survival aspect is more or less scrapped and is becoming a cheap King of the Kill (H1Z1) alternative for the 'Get Rekt' kids who can't handle an actual battle royale title. Expect glitches, exploits and script kiddies harrassing you off 'their' server. A Dev team seemingly hell bent on destroying any chance of making a good game for the sake of keeping those crate sales moving & the screaming kiddies happy.

I suggest looking at the many other similar games out there and pass this by.
