Complete rip off. It says you get Blackwood plus lots of other regions and yet this has only unlocked Blackwood itself! Most of my map is still locked off. Going for a refund on this, this is NOT sold as advertised!

We are sorry to hear about this confusion when you purchased the Blackwood chapter.

The versions of the Blackwood Chapter that contain the word "Upgrade" do NOT include the base game of ESO, or previous chapters.

Only purchases of "The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood" and "The Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood Collector's Edition" come with base game and previous chapter access.However, access to previous chapters in game is included, as well as a monthly allotment of Crowns and various other benefits, with an ESO+ subscription, and individual chapters can be purchased for Crowns directly from the Crown Store.
