Heeheggnog (Simple and Clean Ver)

REQUIRES
4 heeheggs straight from Jack Frost himself
2 Cuppa Milk
Vanilla, to taste.
Nutmeg, freshly ground
Heavy cream, 1 cuppa

Seperate whites and yolks, add sugar to yolks and mix as needed until you think it's good nuff
add tha milk, and heavy cream. When it gets hot enough to singe the finger but not enough to boil, take it off and put it in an ice bath to cool.

Mix the whites until foamy, add sugar and mix for anotha minute. Mix the yolk-mixture and white-mixture, add a small amount of vanilla, mix again.
Chill for one to three hours.

Serve.

Note: I don't specify how much sugar is needed because I measure it in "is this too much"
The second you think it's too much, add a small bit more. Eggnog is supposed to stop your heart.
