It`s Scourge time! Genious strike from the devs to hand out a free copy to all owner of the original game.

I didn`t think that this game would get a reboot but im glad it got one. The original scourge game had a lot of problems early on which ruined the fun for a lot of people. The multiplayer was really interesting to play due to the fact that its third person with taking cover and stuff.

Scourge: Outbreak doesn`t have those problems and really improved in many ways.

+The graphics got updated
+New and easy way to give all sort of commands to squad mates (KI)
+More details to the story
+KI got fixed

It looks pretty fun and I can`t wait to get into some dirty multiplayer matches and hopefully playing the campaign with some cool people in coop. Let`s get into this!

This game is awesome :D

Ignore the fact that its made with the RPG Maker. It has a interesting story and you can customize your party
in endless ways.

The character system is deep as hell...You really have to think before you spent your skillpoints!

The additional quests and dungeons made this game a must have for me. Because I can decide which way I go and explore whenever I want or just follow the mainquest.

Sometimes it feels good and u get rewarded with joy when u support small devs. Because this game is definitley no quick money grab.

This game delivers the same explosive shooting action as the previous titles. You dont even know what it means to slaughter aliens before you have played one of the Alien Shooter games. The music is good and as brainless as the gameplay is, it still makes a lot of fun. Too bad the story of this episode was meh. 7/10

Nice mapping and interesting introduction of the story. A table scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. 7/10

Bioshock is so brilliant. I love the music, the crazy enemies, the underwater city and all its strange wonders. You are fascinated from the first to the very last second of the game. 10/10

Not a lot RPGs can force me to such a gaming marathon. This is a masterpiece of a game and something that will be remembered as legacy of our generation. 10/10

Thats how nature works, the big ones eat the small ones. Stunning and beautiful game with a lot of charm. You might get addicted. 9/10

The "Action RTS" genre got defined by THIS GAME. Hell you have so much fun just watching your units walking around, because they look badass.

The gunfights are eyecandys and the graphics can easy face any 2013 RTS game.

The campaign was a joy to play, finished it like 3 times in total now. Too bad the multiplayer is dead.

Still I can recommend this to every Warhammer and to every RTS fan without any doubts.


And for the current price its actually a steal anyway, especially when u grab it up in a sale.

Singleplayer

Yeah I just finished the story and I have to say, good job Monolith Studios. This sequel was a worthy continuation of the F.E.A.R. story. People who played the first part (as I did) will feel like they are coming home. If you played the first part everything will be familiar and you know most of the enemies and you will know most of the weapons that are available.

The graphics are a bit outdated, but WHO cares when the story is awesome. I have to admit, Almas jumpscares couldn`t get me as bad as in the previous F.E.A.R. game. Because they were basically the same....

But yes, I`ve seen parts in the game that made me really smile and think: Holy crap this is nicely done (school part) and some horror-movie directors should take this as example and maybe make better movies. But yes, thats another story. All in all I recommend this to ALL F.E.A.R. fans and people who dont mind about graphically outdated, brutal shooter-action, which this game can deliver easily.

Multiplayer

Sad but that is the truth. Wanted to give it a go, but there is not one server online. Checked it multiple times.

I made the big mistake to believe in the many reviews of others before I started to play Rage on my own. Thats why I finished the game like 2 years after release and the most bugs are fixed now I guess.

Anyway, as one of the last survivors of the human race you leave your vault to discover whats left after the apocalypse. You realise quick that there are a lot of others survivors out there which are spending their time in the wasteland.

And thats how it begins, you shoot your way through sweet looking caves, mountains, bandit-hideouts and other places where monsters like to hide from the sun.

To your assistance you have a big shipload of weapons to murder everything thats dumb enough to pass your way.

As example, wingsticks, RC cars with c4, automatic turrets, railguns and way way more stuff.

The open world is not really open world...You have in the beginning that feeling that you can do what you want and that there are a lot of places to explore. But in the end every place on the map has a purpose and is part of a quest.


COOP

Whats worth getting mentioned is the coop campaign which is a complete seperate storyline and is very challenging either. Grab a mate and murder some guys!

All in all I LOVED this game. Due to the many critics, I already had a bad feeling when I started playing... But instead I got blasted away by the charm of the game.


ID Games did everything right in this game.


PS: IF YOU CONSIDER BUYING THE DLC!!!

Do it before you actually start the maincampaign. This dlc adds some new quests and locations and makes the game more complete. But you can do those quests as the campaign progresses, so buy it before you start playing the campaign.
