The gameplay is fun and it has very nice spritework, but its just genuinely unplayable due to all the flashes. I turned on and off vsync and the film grain off, but it's still an epilepsy simulator. I love crazy fast twitch shooters and oversaturated colors but this is simply uncomfortable. I've literally never had to consider this as a problem before playing this game.

Definitely try again with accessibility mode on. Dont worry about everyone else screeching you not liking the visuals because it really is an acquired taste.
