I really wanted to like it. People talked a huge amount of trash on Just Cause 3, but I thought JC3 was super fun. This....I just don't know what they were thinking. It looks terrible, runs terribly, and the gameplay is so much worse. Its hard to stress how terrible the graphics look. If they just made a new campaign with all the features and graphics of Just Cause 3 it would be game of the year.

Pros:
Slightly better driving
New abilities are super cool

Cons: literally everything else is horrifically worse than JC3.
