Apparently they not only had to deal with gas and trench warfare, but things like zombies, dragons, demons and giant paraplegic skeletons with turrets-wheel chairs. Who knew? It also goes through the nuances of the racial war between demons and vampires and the big players in the conflict. I can't believe this kind of history is so little talked about in school compared to World War 2. A must by for any young person
