Atmospherically speaking Through The Woods looks and sounds great.

Regarding the horror sections though, those personally and unfortunately felt uninspiring and broken - might be a bit of an unpopular opinion but I feel like the game would've succeeded better as a walking-sim rather than a horror game. Also, as much as I respect and commend the small development team for pulling this off, I feel like the price is too steep for what it is given: I recommend this game under a heavy discount.
